- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I typically stay updated through my alma mater's monthly magazine, food network, cheftalk.com and various documentaries.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cooking since I was able to look over a stove. Always helping the relatives cook for thanksgiving, Christmas and other major holidays. I enjoy serving my family. The reward of seeing their faces, express such great display of satisfaction; is priceless. As time went on, I would offer to cook dinner for the family, just so I could show off what I have been learning from other family members. All in all, creating artwork through food makes me genuinely happy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically do -Weddings -Milestone birthdays -Graduation Parties -Sweet 16 -Valentine's day -Thanksgiving deliveries -Christmas deliveries You name it, we will do it!
