Introduction
My name is Demetrius McCormick and I started my business in 2020 in memory of my mother. I offer free consultation and I do my best to make sure the client is satisfied with the menu and I try to let them pick their menu for the most part. I am stationed out of Charlotte but I do travel.

I needed to hire a personal chef for a gift for my son’s family & I live in a different state. Chef Demetrius was responsive & worked with me on the menus that would be good for adults & kids…the food was a hit! Chef delivered on time as well. Our family decided to hire a personal chef for an evening of vacation. This was our first experience with a private chef. After reaching out to some chefs along with Chef Meech he was the first to respond. He was very pleasant and polite as well as informative. We had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Chef Meech was punctual, tidy, and very polite and friendly. I highly recommend Chef Meech . I looked around for several Personal Chefs but Demetrius responded right away and was very responsive throughout. Communication was great and his professionalism is remarkable.
