Michael installed an entire smart home audio video system for us. He is a true expert at his craft and a wonderful person. I have had several homes with very advanced systems and none have performed as well as the one Michael programmed for me on the first try. Especially if you have Control4 you should get in touch with Michael. You have no idea how well your system can work. He installed six zones of home audio as well as a home theater with a 70 inch TV, it looks amazing it sounds amazing I can't say enough good things about Michael and his crew with alpha technology solutions.

We were very pleased with Michael’s quick response to our inquiry. We hired Michael to help us mount a television and make sure it was set up with our existing surround sound and speakers throughout our home. Michael listened to our needs and our budget and was able to save us money by using our existing equipment, yet provided us advice of upgrades to take advantage of today’s technology. He did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was respectful and professional, and was extremely knowledgeable. After the installation was complete, Michael spent time with us to make sure we were trained on using the equipment and assured us that we could contact him should we have any issues with the new equipment. If you are looking for a dedicated professional with a sincere passion for their craft, look no further than Michael with Alpha Technology Solutions. I was introduced to Thumbtack by a family member and was admittedly skeptical of using the service for such an important job, however, this experience has alleviated my concerns and instilled confidence to utilize the app and specifically their company. I had a last minute need to install speaker wire throughout my new construction home just days (literally hours) prior to the drywall going up. I reached out for service through Thumbtack in the early morning hours and received an immediate response from Michael. After the initial text and follow phone conversations, he met me at the home to assess the job. He was extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable which immediately caught my attention. Not to mention the fact that he was willing to return to the home the following day to complete the job. Less than 48 hours from the time I requested the service through Thumbtack my home was completely wired for sound. I would like to thank Michael for coming through at the 11th hour and making this happen for my family. I plan on using Alpha Technology Solutions for my future home entertainment needs and would definitely recommend their services.

I have a network engineering degree from Guilford technical community college. I also have utilized the MIT free opencourseware program and taken 11 of their computer science, programming, and network engineering classes
