- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very thorough process when servicing our customers. We are always up front and honest with anybody who we come in contact with. We will give an initial inspection with estimation or how the process should go and then if both sides are satisfied we will conduct such protocol.

How should I prepare? What’s the best thing to do in my situation? Is my home suitable for treatment (is it clean)? Am I willing to take the necessary steps in order to treat my problem?
