After waiting five weeks and several failed sketch review attempts and not making it to Milestone 1 phase, I have no finished service/product. I have provided Daren at Tipping Toast Media Development very detailed design concept documents of how I wanted my vision executed and worked diligently with him and his team. I asked multiple times for Daren at Tipping Toast Media Development to give me a call during the Milestone 1 phase so we could clear up any discrepancies him and his team may have and complete Milestone 1 phase of project. The only time he gave me a call was after 3 weeks and I requested a refund. In addition, he stated that the project may need a little more time and more money. After that conversation along with him explaining to me more of the process I gave him an additional 2 weeks and still no finished phase/service/product. Daren/team did not fulfill his contractual obligation of completing Milestone 1 phase of the 3D Animation Logo Project. This Milestone 1 phase was only supposed to take 2-3 days and he still did not have a finished phase/service/product after five weeks. He stated to me during our conversation on June 3rd, 2021 that to complete the 3D Animation Logo project it should take approximation/estimation of 2-3 weeks which is stated in his contract. However, we never started on Milestone 1 phase because of the failed sketch reviews and my vision not being executed. After, over promising and under delivering with no finish phased/service/product, I was told that I would not receive a refund. PLEASE BE CAREFUL when soliciting Daren/team at Tipping Toast Media Development.
