- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is based on the need of the customer and the services they require. For Tax Preparation we use fixed rates, and for Bookkeeping or Training we use hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You may call or email us to schedule an introductory meeting, where we discuss your financial needs and what we can assist you with. After the introductory meeting we send estimates based on your needs and proceed only once the client has approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and Certified Bookkeeper. Numera LLC also has many Tax Preparers and IRS Enrolled Agents.
