The folks are Block & Associates Realty are top notch professionals! My family and I have rented for the past two years and Block & Associates was the property management company. They were always responsive and respectful of my needs. At the end of our lease Betsy Dilling (Property Management) was a complete angel to work with. Christine Roberts and the Block Associates Team is amazing.My wife and I rented our first home together with Block. Our experience was the best. Block was speedy with paperwork processing and when repairs were needed things were completed at the snap of your fingers.If and when we own property that needs managing Block is who we will call.

Block & Associates Realty were extremely helpful in my search for a new rental home. I initially reached out to them about a home that had just switched to pending and they quickly offered me a list of other homes in the area that were similar. Every time I reached out to them, they were very responsive and helpful. Eventually I did choose to rent a home managed by them and they have been helpful throughout the whole process.

We employed the services of Bridget Stell at Block & Associates to list and lease our rental property... it could not have gone better: (1) she had quality potential tenants interested and lined up prior to the property being formally listed, (2) once the property was listed, we had multiple showings, and (3) we secured good tenants to fill the rental... all of this occurring in just two weeks from the time we initially purchased the property. Bridget was great and we're excited to do more business with her and Block in the future.
