Roberto and his team did a fantastic job refinishing our prefinished floors. They sanded them so that all traces of joints between boards and finish were completely gone. He worked with us to be sure we selected the right color and product for our floors. Although our supplier said our floors were white oak, Roberto recognized the red oak, and subsequent testing confirmed his assessment. He made sure we used the correct replacement wood for the repairs. His crew worked hard to finish the job on time and were clean, professional, and responsive. Thank you Roberto and staff for exceeding our expectations!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    3% Credit card fee. 10% deposit of the total project cost upon booking any of our services. This deposit is necessary to secure your reservation, procure materials and schedule our team for the installation or refinish project. Your 10% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the homeowner for any reason. Schedule changes can be accommodated to the next available opening.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Here are 5 things you should know before considering new flooring installation or refinishing. 1. Furniture Relocation. Prior to our arrival, homeowners are responsible for moving all furniture and belongings from the work area. Our team is not responsible for damages to furniture or appliances if moved as a courtesy to the homeowner. 2. Paint Touch-Ups. Please note that our hardwood flooring services do not include paint touch-ups or any other services related to wall or trim finishing. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to address any paint touch-ups or related matters independently. 3. Moisture Management. Maintaining proper moisture content and relative humidity in the home and crawl space is the responsibility of the homeowner. Failure to do so may result in moisture-related issues and void warranty. 4. Craftmanship Warranty. Our hardwood flooring installations and hardwood refinishes come with a one-year craftsmanship warranty. However, this warranty does not cover issues related to abuse, normal wear and tear, moisture and/or humidity. Excessive or lack of moisture are the homeowner’s responsibility. 5. Power. Property must be equipped with power and at normal living conditions. We will need 220V outlet for every hardwood refinish. If you do not have one, please reach out to your local electrician prior to our arrival. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
