Marc Meadows has more than two decades of construction experience with a focus on finish carpentry such as: crown molding, baseboard, wainscoting, feature walls, coffered ceilings, cabinet and shelving units for living and office spaces, and shelving for closets, pantries, and garages, etc. Marc is proud to be a part of every project, he enjoys building relationships with his clients, and he loves sharing his natural talent for building beautiful, functional, and long-lasting additions to people’s homes.

Marc did some beautiful work for us! He trimmed our drywall windows, built a drop bench at our entryway with shoe storage, and built a step off of our patio. I don’t think there is a harder working or more skilled contractor in our area. He is experienced, honest, knowledgeable and does top notch work! We are so glad we found him and look forward to having him back again for future projects. We highly recommend him!

To begin with, I am a general contractor licensed in California. I found M. Meadows to be one of the best finish carpenters, I have ever known. The crown molding workmanship was of fine quality. He was a pleasure to work with and will definitely hire him again for future jobs. He took photos of finished work and has my permission to share them.

Marc replaced our back exterior door and storm door in one day, including painting and trim, and he did a great job. The doors that he procured for us match the house well and look so much better. Marc clearly has a passion for his work and holds himself to a high standard, and he's a kind and interesting person to chat with. He seems to truly want to help, and even took the time to help out our gardener when they needed to borrow a drill. And he blew the leaves off of our sad, neglected deck at the end of the day! (Marc being a cat lover was also a plus in our very cat-oriented household. :)) It was incredibly easy to work with Christine, who set up the consultation on the same day that I sent my initial request. She was so responsive via email throughout the process. Prices were very fair; no upselling or overcharging. We felt very comfortable with Marc in our home. I have no doubt that we will hire Meadows again. (If Thumbtack would let me, I would select all five of the "what did you like about working with Meadows Contracting" options, but alas.)

We had a great experience. We had baseboard molding installed in a renovated area over our garage. He worked diligently, kept the area clean and was very pleasant. He worked around some challenges (walls that aren’t straight, a floor with a ramp, and multiple floor surfaces). He also added trim to a window that a previous contractor left unfinished. We will definitely hire him again!
