FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To avoid confusion, I am including digital downloads with all bookings moving forward. I do not offer RAW files; your images will be basic edits to include color and exposure correction ready to print. Add- ons you may need or want beyond that include extra time, extended location, second photographer for weddings, video, drone, digital files, albums, slideshows and more. Custom editing is available as well, please included on a per image, post session and presentation basis. Thanks!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person, but talking on the phone works, too. It is vital to make sure you have a good rapport with your photographer before booking, especially for weddings. After all, we will spend some of the most important time in your life together! A booking occurs only when you pay a retainer and sign a contract. Then I will remove your time from my availability calendar. Until then, my time remains open for other inquiries and it is first come first served. Thank you for understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for photography in Spokane, WA, and have been a photographer for over 15 years.
