- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract to book your session. Within a 20 mi radius to Asheville, NC there is no travel fee. Outside of that is .75 per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat with them to make sure I am the right fit for them and can provide what they’re asking. I then ask for them to fill out a booking form and take a deposit, and a signed contract. We discuss location, clothing, time of the day and make sure everything works for them!
