- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a price that I feel is reasonable. I don’t believe in price gouging.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go through the process of what they would like, and how often. Also, give them a summary of how and why I chose this as a career path
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Early on, I learned on the fly. Started with a general idea, and also communicating with the customer.
