- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary from session to session depending on my client's needs. You can find all of my prices listed on my website. I will go in depth on pricing and packages during your FREE consultation. So go ahead and shoot me a message and let's talk about it! :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you message me, I will respond as soon as possible and get you set up for your FREE consultation right away! This Consultation will be done over the phone. I will be asking you questions about the session, taking notes on your specific requests, and going over the pricing and packages that best suit your needs! When that is finished (meaning, we've figured out the date, time, pricing, requests, etc.) I will send out a "Client Agreement" form as soon as possible, in order to reserve your session date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started by business only two years ago, but I have been in love with photography for much longer. I've taken photography courses throughout schooling and before I decided to make the jump and start my own business, I was working at a photography studio here in San Antonio, Texas, near the Pearl. Since then, I have been doing my own thing and getting to meet a bunch of amazing and lovely people.
