We purchased a high-end fujitsu system from Aire Serv. Though it certainly wasn't cheap, the warranty coverage and prompt responses from Aire Serv as well as the other google reviews was why we went ahead. It was easy to communicate with the owner, Marc, via text and email, and he came out twice to give us estimates when we changed our mind about the setup we wanted. Our install technician, Chad, was very committed to doing everything just right, the way he would want it in his own house. I do wish that Aire Serv would have sent 2-3 experienced techs to knock out the project in less time, but Chad saw it through staying until 9pm on the last day to finish it out. I had a minor problem with one of the air handlers and emailed Marc. He responded at 8am on the dot the next day.

Ed Stanfill came to my house last night after my carbon monoxide detectors went off and the Fire Dept had cleared the house. He was so polite and even took a quick minute to call me before he headed my way to let me know of the charges that I would have for a night / Weekend call.I was stressed and in tears as NW Energy was there to shutmy gas off, as apparently that is now protocol until you have it checked out by an HVAC Company, as NW Energy does not even enter the house any more to check the systems the way they used to.Thanks to Ed and his fast response, I was able to keep my gas turned on, sleep in a warm house and cook dinner. After checking and testing all of my gas appliances, water heater and furnace to find out what had happened and finding nothing faulty, he even took time to call another tech to double check he had not missed anything in his tests to keep me and my daughter safe. Thank you Aire Serv of Kalispell from the bottom of my heart.
