What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know what kind of style the customer has, some characteristics of the customer to incorporate that aspect, and above all, how I can meet the customers wants and needs to give the best overall end product. I find important they get what they want not what I want, advising only what makes it fuctionable and last the longest in my professional opinion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have never been to school for construction, though I have worked one on one with experienced contractors for over 10 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in concrete around when I was 18, working for Midstate Industrial inc in Florida.
