I wanted to express my deep appreciation for this young lady who did a deep clean of my home. The service was outstanding, reliable, dependable, and extremely professional. The experience with your company was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The initial call resulted in Ms. Frazier making a house visit to assess my needs and to create a plan of action. She was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. I immediately agreed to the services. She arrived at my home on time, and immediately began to do the deep clean. Ms. Frazier exhibited a great can do spirit and work ethic as she cleaned the inside and outside windows. She even was willing to navigate my bushes to get the job done. Ms. Frazier tackled the base boards and even the grout across the home. She did the floors and mopping then cleaned the kitchen and even a difficult refrigerator. She worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. She then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was refreshing that she was the person who sold the service and then the same person to assure the quality was right. Because of all these factors, I am extending my contract to additional regular cleaning and have recommended her services to several people!
