This is a terrible company. Do not hire Terry to do any plumbing work for you. He damaged my bathroom sink by putting a hole in the porcelain and scratched the hot water handle. Terry refused to repair his mistakes and expected me to pay him. See photos of the damage he caused. Don't make the same mistake I made with this con-man.☹️

we did not put a hole in his sink.the hot water handle was rusted on and we we treid to get it off to repair it.faucets are old and need replacing but he wanted to try and repair them.he had a 45 service call and 125 repair cost and we did not charge him at all.he told us he didnt want us back.i let hi m keep 170.00 total thats euff to buy a drop in sink.hes mad cause he wanted more work done for same price and we couldnt do it.

Their customer service was horrible. The only pro was the the job was done and done quickly. He answers the phone like you are disturbing him. He sent two other men out to do the job. Once I found the issue needed a new heater, (thinking it was the pilot light) I mentioned getting another estimate and the young guy convinced me they had the best price l. They charged me $1950’which I felt was really high and they said that the big companies charge a lot more. . I found out from other small independent contractors that they charged me what the big companies charge me. He said that included the service fee and I said since I hired you there isn’t a service fee. He kept saying service fee is included. It did not take very long to go get the new unit it did not take very long at all to complete the job. Yet the labor fee was extreme. They didn’t leave the receipt for the heater or the warranty papers. when I called back to ask about it he was very rude and said they are usually on the heater, which means I would need to climb up in the attic to go get them. The receipt they wrote for me was blank with no name or address of business . not professional at all. I asked them to write their info on there and he just wrote the name “Terry Howell” on there. Also told me it cost me more to have them take the broken heater so they left it up there. Also said it would cost me more to write a check verses venmo. I’ve never heard that cashing a check cost more to deposit. All in all I would not hire him again or refer him to anyone. I thought I was getting the guy that is listed but he sent two guys that has Ferguson plumbing shirts on. It was not a pleasant experience. Charged me about $400-$500 more acceding to other businesses. Live and learn. I will make sure I do things differently next time When I voiced my concerns he told me not to belittle his employees when I was only letting him know how I felt about the service. You would think he would be concerned about how his customer felt.
