Richard has been a godsend from day one. I had a raccoon problem in my attic that he tried his best to help with by trapping one of them, and I had peace of mind knowing that he humanely disposed of him by giving him water and some snacks before releasing him into the wild. However, the raccoon’s extended family kept returning, and considering the amount of damage already done by the little critters, Richard suggested that I consider “exclusion” work which I’d never heard of before. Well, it took those guys approximately 8 to 9 hours to clean, disinfect and sanitize my attic, reapply insulation, and plug any holes throughout my home. I never would’ve known such work existed if it hadn’t been for Richard. Now, he can resume his normal pest control visits without the coons interfering. He’s your best bet in all things extermination. He is very knowledgeable about rodents, insects and wildlife; he always answers texts, and if he’s not available, he always lets us know when he will be. So glad I found this guy!
