- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local, prompt, efficient, fair, reliable, and respectful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or message you back to set up a day to do a full measurement to give you a proper free estimate. We then email you the estimate or invoice. Once you approve we then ask for half of the invoice up front to start the project. First day is prep and what ever can be done in that day. The fallowing days are spent with the soul focus of completing the project in a timely manner. Once done a final walkthrough with the you the client is conducted. If you the client is satisfied we collect the last half of the payment of the invoice. A fallow up in a week to two be done by a phone call, email or text. If our services are still needed we will be there for you.
