- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mr. Electric provides upfront and accurate flat rate pricing so you know exactly what to expect. We offer a 15% military discount and have an advantage plan which extends our warranty and offers a 15% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our local customer service agents will schedule a convenient appointment time for one of our service professionals to assess the scope of the work needed. Your Mr. Electric service professional will perform a complimentary basic electrical home safety check prior to beginning any work. This is for their safety as well as yours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Mr. Electric service professionals are licensed and insured. Service professionals participate in over 200 hours of continuing education every year. We have Master and Journeyman electricians on staff.
