The service was excellent. They did a thorough job and my home sparkled and smelled great. They were cleaning after construction in my home so they needed to clean up paint,dust,adhesive not just typical cleaning. I will use and refer them again.

We booked Iris to clean our home, which was not occupied at the time. We were moving into the home, and had extensive work done to it; as such, the house was in need of a deep clean. Sadly, on the morning that the work was to be completed, Iris was not returning our text and/or calls. So I went over to the house, and I was shocked to discover that she never came to do the work. It is worth noting that Iris never returned our calls or provided an explanation as to why she did not show up. Communication is not difficult. This is situation was unfortunate and very unprofessional. I can advise hiring her for work in the future. Book her at your own risk.
