- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our brand is national and our pricing is very competitive and very affordable. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner catering and have a standard menu to choose from. We have box lunches that are priced a bit higher as they are packaged separately per person and work well for corporate events. Our party trays are priced a bit lower as they are less formal get togethers. We provide cookies, water and utensils at additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to discuss our catering menu with them, answer any questions they have about the items and our brand. We would love to know if they have any specific dietary needs that we must consider and walk them through our various offerings so that they can pick the best option for their occasion. For example, to our box lunches or party tray orders, the customer can add a 12 ounce smoothie to complete the meal for an additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We receive extensive training in all aspects of running a restaurant through the brand. We train at the cafes, at corporate headquarters and continuously get trained on new items introduced or new techniques introduced into the cafes. Our focus is to ensure the customer is not only happy with the product and service but will also return to us repetitively.
