- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Accurate estimates cannot be given without looking at your appliance. My service fee is $85 but is waived with repair. I am typically same day or next day on service. Payment is due at the time of service. Please read my introduction for more info
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A full evaluation of the unit. Advice on the best path forward whether that be repair or replacement
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified. I have experience in hvac and have been in Appliance Repair for over 10 years.
