Introduction
My name is James Maki. I have been in the industry for 10 years. I was a service manager as well as a field technician and even owned an appliance store for a period. I will always advise my customers and not just sell a repair that may not be beneficial long term. The only thing i ask out of my customers is the same respect that i give to you is reciprocated.

Unfortunately, the completion of the repair on the initial day was delayed due to the unavailability of a necessary component. However, James maintained excellent follow-through and successfully completed the job ahead of schedule. I would wholeheartedly recommend hiring him again without reservation.
