Nick responded almost immediately and was at my house the same day. Nick also give me the option to start his effort the very next day. I accepted. Nick showed up the next day, despite it being a Sunday, and completed my shower valve installation the very next day. Nick went above and beyond my expectations, both in terms of quality of service and responsiveness. I would be happy to hire Nick again.
