I really appreciate all the work you do, but I wanted to give you a bit of feedback that I hope you’ll find helpful. I’ve noticed that there might be some areas in your customer service that could be improved. Small changes in how you interact with customers when they ask for a quote can really make a big difference in their experience. Telling a potential customer “you don’t want to be giving out free quotes” or “I usually give quotes to jobs I know I’ll do” did not give me a positive customer service experience. I’m sure you’ve got it in you to make that adjustment, and I’m confident it’ll lead to even better results for you.
