- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price varies but they are reasonable compared to larger companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take consultations calls for 50$ if you don’t want to pay for 65$ service call. We take pictures(from you as well) and give you estimates or we come visit you for estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training from Local 562 plumbers and pipefitters union.
