Rios did a good job with the trimming of my bushes, removal of the weeds, old mulch and putting new mulch down. He came out the same day I submitted my request and the estimate was reasonable. He also fit me into their schedule to do the job the next day. The only complaint that I have is the weeds control that they used isn't good. The weeds came back very quickly and they haven't been back to put it on again.

Provide better communication about the expectations of service. When I agreed to the service I inquired about edging weeding and clean up; none of this was done. If these services were an additional it’s that would have also been fine but none of this was communicated and I still paid the full price but I will not be returning. I should’ve canceled all together when they tried reschedule three times all within 30min-1hr of my appointment time.

I'm an out of town owner, though his responsiveness was great and he did go and take a look at my property. I would have rather he just passed on the job, instead he quoted me some outrageous prices for what the work called for. So, I would get a few estimates if your thinking of using him.

They are inconsistent and don’t come when previously scheduled, don’t show up when they say they will. Completely unreliable.
