FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be competitive in our pricing. We also price our services in a way that allows us to show up in a professional way. Our customers have come to expect great service, that we will warranty our work, be insured, have clean and presentable vehicles, and have the right tools and equipment to get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a small short interview questions about what’s needed. And then scheduling a consultation where we walk through the property and ask questions. I will then create an estimate based upon the meeting. I will then email it to the homeowner and give them a day or two to review it, and then give them a call to see if they have any questions. When the estimate is accepted, we will work together on scheduling an optimal time to get started.
