Landscape design is site-surveyed, plans are hand-drawn. There is no charge for design or estimate if we are contracted to complete the project. Sod and seeding varies by square footage, with seeding being the more economical option. Weeding and clean ups are typically charged at a day rate of $450 for 1/2 day and $800 for full day, which includes 1 haul-off. Clean ups requiring heavy equipment are billed at machine rate. Herbicide application typically $60. Mulch application varies by quantity and access. Retaining walls and stone patio work is typically $20-$35 per square foot and varies by quantity and access.
