We needed our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom seriously updated, it was all very out of date even though we'd had a "remodel " 6 years prior. We were unhappy with the previous results. Clayton Perry came in with great ideas, a great schedule and incredible expertise for our kitchen and other areas. We literally handed him the keys to our house and went on vacation. While we were gone, Clayton kept us informed, and we didn't worry about anything. He took care of our home, he brought in our new light fixtures when they arrived on our doorstep, he sent us photos so we could see the progress the team was making. Our neighbors told us he and his team were at our house promptly every morning, working all day. They were very respectful of our home, cleaning up after each day's work.Other companies we received bids from were higher priced than KC Dream Kitchen for the same requirements, so we decided to go with KC Dream Kitchen, and we are so glad we did! In every way, our expectations were exceeded ! They are professional, honorable, and do everything with incredible expertise. Clayton is a perfectionist! For example, the initial drawer glides did not meet his expectations, so he replaced them without being asked.If there was anything we wanted tweaked or changed, Clayton was totally agreeable and wanted us to be happy with our new kitchen. Working with Clayton & Tiffany Perry of KC Dream Kitchens has been the best decision I have ever made in remodeling our home. He is a great listener and able to incorporate his design genius. He has an excellent rapport with his subcontractors and is very reliable. Nothing was too little or too big to ask. . Clayton was very patient with my many questions and gave me some great features that pushed me outside of my box! We love our finished product.

Before selling our home we were considering new cabinets and new countertops. Clayton measured the space carefully, and was very clear as to the cost of each possible option. Clayton gave amazing customer service. He was very patient, listened carefully, considering both our end goal and limited budget. He said that upgrading a kitchen always helps increase the value but did not in anyway pressure me into upgrading or making a decisions. KC Dream kitchens team was prompt, polite, thorough, and very professional. I would not hesitate to use them for future remodeling projects.

We had Clayton and Tiffany handle our complete kitchen remodel. It was a small galley kitchen with no counter space and very dated. From the beginning, they were detail oriented, open to suggestions, and had great ideas. All around excellent people to work with. Their subcontractors were professional and punctual. They subbed electrical, plumbing, and tile along with counter tops. The cabinets we decided on took a while due to supplier delays, but Clayton installed them quickly once they arrived. Total layout change with modern updates and excellent storage and counter space. We love the kitchen and KC Dream Kitchen for the work they did.

Clayton, Tiffany and team were amazing in all parts of working with them. We hired a different kitchen remodel company at first and it was a complete nightmare. I ended up firing the 1st company due to lack of work, quality of work, and no one showing up. This was a very tough decision to make since it was 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. I made some calls around and found KC Dream Kitchen and explained my situation to them. They let me know it was something that is normally out of their scope of work since they were going to have to come in and fix the previous contractors mistakes and they had to use the vendors I already purchased materials from.On November 8th I called KC Dream Kitchen to see if they could come out and look at my nightmare project. November 9th Clayton and his Project manager Gordon. They saw the scope of the project and took the time to let me know what they would have to redo from the previous contractor mistakes. When I was talking with them both I asked is it possible to have a functional kitchen for Thanksgiving. They let me know it would be tight but they felt up to the task. After doing more research on this company we decided to give them a chance and it turned out to be the best decision we ever made in this project.Sunday November 12th promise start date. Had 2 guys show up to fix the window that was installed off center from previous contractor. The window and siding turned out even better than we imagined.Monday November 13th a team of 4 showed up on time and started work. My wife and I couldn't believe the amount of mistakes the first contractors made. After day one they left and my house in the remodel area was cleaner than when they showed up to start work. Each day after they are done working they took the time to clean up so they could have a clean work space to start the next day.The crew showed up everyday during the week on time and we could see progression each day which the previous company we never saw. Fast forward to the Wednesday before Thanksgiving they have a crew of 13 people at my house trying to give me a functional kitchen which we had. When I say functional I wasn't wanting a completed kitchen because I knew that would be unrealistic .The first contractor I hired had my kitchen for 6 weeks and promise date was completion in 5 weeks. Out of those 6 weeks of having him they had 8 days were no one even showed up for work. When I fired the original company I would say they were only 40% complete on the job probably less but we did have most materials bought already. Do your research on hiring contractors as some of the reviews on Angi's list are not accurate. Plus don't always believe a contractor when it seems to good to be true.After 3 weeks of having KC Dream Kitchen as our contractor we had a completed kitchen we love! We have renewed faith that there are some good contractors out there! Their crews show up on time, clean at end of everyday, communicate next steps, do quality work, work with great vendors for fabrication, use quality materials, and don't over charge. If I could give this company more stars I would. If you have a kitchen remodel look no further as I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I can't thank Clayton, Tiffany and Team for saving my families Holiday Season! Top notch company!

We are not the highest pricing around, but in order to maintain a qualified crew, we aren’t the cheapest. Typically, an appropriately priced kitchen will be about 15% of the home’s value.

The first step is scheduling a few in home consultation and measure. Then select the elements for your project. After that, we get you on the schedule to start and complete your project.
