- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very fair prices and work with our clients so that they can obtain the services they need to keep their home safe and healthy. On many projects, we can often help the client get insurance coverage, significantly reducing the out-of-pocket expense for our client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is quite simple, we do a complete on-site inspection, with a full report of what was found. We then go over all of this information with you, and go over the different options that will best work for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are water damage and mold, fire and smoke damage trained experts that have years of training handling these types of situations. We also have extensive training and knowledge working in attics and crawlspaces.
