- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate includes: - session fee - professional editing - custom style guide - online gallery of JPG images - print release rights
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) After you send an inquiry, I'll see if your desired date is available. If it is, we'll get the paperwork out of the way and take care of the 50% deposit. 2) Depending on the type of event it is, we'll plan and discuss outfits, details, location, etc. 3) We'll meet on the day of your session, and have some fun :) 4) I try to send teaser photos within 2 days of your session (proposals and weddings, you get a teaser within 24 hours!). Then I'll deliver the rest of your photos in a couple of weeks or less (with the exception of weddings which will take around 4-6 weeks).

I got my first camera in college, and I've been shooting ever since.
