I am familiar with a long list of documents however, I am most common with ID Verification, Power of Attorneys, Health Care Directives, Living Wills and Trust, Work related documents, and Mortgage Documents. As a Notary Public, I am commission by the Missouri Secretary of State, authorized to impartially witness and validate signatures on a variety of documents. As a Notary Public, I am commission by the Kansas Secretary of State, authorized to impartially witness and validate signatures on a variety of documents. I have a clean background check. I have E&O insurance as well as a bond. I am NOT an attorney, therefore I can not offer any legal advice.
