We used Bellavista for lawn aeration and overseeing. After he left we added our own fertilizer bc we had it on hand. Within 5 days we already had seed sprouting! Of course we made sure and watered often, but he clearly did a quality job and it was reasonable in cost. It’s a few weeks later and the lawn looks incredible.
