- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that when we come to their home, they should expect to get the pricing right then and there for their flooring project and that that price will include everything we discussed during the appointment. If a decision is not made during that appointment, they will get an email of our proposal within 24 hours of the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, we will contact you and schedule a time to come to your home in our mobile showroom. We will discuss the project and the customer's vision for their space. We will measure and spend time shopping for the type and style of flooring. Once flooring is chosen, we will provide a quote and proposal simultaneously. If customers decided to go with us we will be proactive in communicating while product is ordered and schedule a time for installation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers, from residential jobs in small areas to their whole homes. We also work on commercial projects of all sizes. We can replace and install all types of flooring, carpet, tile, hardwood, Luxury Vinyl, and laminate.
