- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair, but the value of my services vastly outweighs my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not have an established process for my customers. All of my customers are treated as if we have had a working relationship for years. My first goal is to get you as a customer, secondly I want to establish you as a long-term client. And finally I want you to feel comfortable and confident that you can refer me to your friends and family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 plus years in all aspects of residential construction, repairs and remodeling.
