FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing. This way you get best price for high quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Beginning on day one, I work to build good relationships and earn trust. Working in irrigation and lawn services, also means that I get to help someone make their yard something that they are proud of. First I have to learn exactly what my customers want from their yard and what expectations they have for me in the process. If they are unsure of what they are looking to accomplish, I offer my expertise to help guide them in making the best decision for them and their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in irrigation for over 15 years in the Mid-Missouri area. Shortly after entering the field, I became a Certified Backflow Tester. I am also RainBird Factory Trained and a Certified Irrigation Technician.
