Scharig's alarm monitoring services are the best!! His outstanding customer service, quick monitoring response, and fair pricing have me feeling safe and cared for.I am not just a number or a dollar sign with Scharig, I am treated with respect and personalized attention. This type of service is so hard to find these days! I had spent years with a large company who price gouged me at every turn, tried to trick me into expensive and super long contracts, had me wade through tons of phone menus just to be placed on hold for over 30 minutes to maybe get to talk to a person. Well, no more of that for me.Scharig is the way to go if you want to support local business who will serve you with small town courtesy and major business ethics. I feel very fortunate to be a customer of this amazing company! I know you are there for me, Kevin, every time I leave my home and every night when the lights go out. Thank you!!

Kevin did a great job helping me with my alarm system and video setup. I needed remote capabilities and had a legacy alarm system that came with the property. He was able to utilize a lot of the hardware and consulted with us on the wide range of options, pros vs cons, top of the line vs basic with my needs at the forefront. The solution installed has been perfect and has been for over a year! Good system and value!
