- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some work pricing is depending on complication of work, travel distance, and weather or not you will be a repeat customer. Repeat customers get the best deals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them, see the project, discuss their ideas and present realistic options on how I can help. When the customer decides to hire us we collect 100% material cost plus 50% labor upfront and begin immediately. Percentage Payment will follow as progress is made till finished while 10 percent Payment is withheld until the customer is completely satisfied with our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the work i do ive been trained by profesionals of over 40 years experience. Some work ive been certified to do through classes but Learning comes with the job. Sometimes we do work we've never done before.
