- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up phone call to get an idea of the scope of work. In-home first walk-around and paint education to get the finer details of the scope of work (can do virtually as well). Second walk-around to build the estimate. Submit and present estimate on the spot.

I am an engineer and my employees have been professionally trained with years of life experience.
