He didn't show up on the day that was scheduled because he had an emergency concerning his kids. One hour later I had to reach out to him to find out why he didn't come. So he asked if he could come next day at 5:00 and we agreed. So the next day at 5:00 he hadn't showed up again, so I looked to see if we got an email from him and he said his wife had a flat tire and asked if he could come a week later. We called someone else and the work was done the next day
