FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price given will reflect a discount that is given to first time customers. Through out the year discounts may be offered; so never hesitate to ask! I work hard to make sure that every client can afford me; no one should have to miss out an opportunity to get pictures done. If the price quoted is too high then please tell me! We can always work something out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client I always make sure to understand what they are looking for before I book them. I want to make sure that I am the best fit for the client; and that the client is getting exactly what they are looking for. If we both feel I am the best fit, then a contract is emailed listing the price, date, time and location along with other important details. As we get closer to the date I am in touch with my client going over ideas, clothes, questions and anything else they would need. I always ask that customers spend time looking at my website, Angie Leigh Photography. It allows them to see the kind of photography style I have and helps them make sure I am what they are looking for. They can always contact me with questions directly on my website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent many years as a photographer. I work hard to keep up on the latest information, trends, workshops and I am always updating my equipment. Each photographer will have their own style; and that just comes with years of practice.
