He called me immediately and showed up the next day. Great replacement of a new faucet that we bought. The old faucet rusted from the bottom, but he was able to dissemble it from the top and pull it out. Great experience.

Very responsive and punctual but verrryyy expensive for just a service call where no repairs were made, no estimate for repairs given, and no referrals for repairs given. I’ve had a lot of plumbing work done and this was by far the most expensive ($185 for about 15 min on the property). Will not be using again. My fault for not double checking the fee.

Alex came right out and assessed the situation. He was very up front on what he could or couldn't do and stayed with us through the whole ordeal then came back not once but twice as we tried to work with the hoa. I couldn't be happier with him and his crew of helpers and will call on him for future work for sure.
