- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimates are flexible and while they may not be the lowest, they will be the best value for your dollar. My goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. That is why I do not go by an hourly rate. I will work until you are happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact you via your preferred method. This includes by call, text, email, or in person. We will work together to establish the scope of the work, the price of the job, and date and time that work for you. If you would prefer to receive a FREE estimate before agreeing on the price I will come to the residence or business to establish a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by experienced window cleaners while working with an international organization in New York.
