We are Hardwood Flooring Specialists. For over 18 yrs hardwood is what we work with day in and day out. All 6 of our crew leads are NWFA certified in their respective fields. Whether it's Installation of hardwood or sand and refinishing we are constantly updating employee education. We keep up to date with current trends, new products, tools and techniques, making sure to pass that knowledge on to all Luminous Flooring employees. We are family owned and operated. We had recently bought a house with some wood floor in major need of love. We found Luminous Flooring and we are extremely pleased with the results! Tom and the team was very professional and knowledgeable, and he guided me through each step of the process with clear and concise communication. The preparation phase was thorough. He inspected the floors and addressed all of the minor damages before beginning the sanding process. Luminous Flooring told us exactly what needed to be done to achieve our desired effect. The application of the new finish was done with great attention to detail, and the result is a smooth and beautiful surface. I am especially impressed with the color and finish that I chose, which has really transformed the entire look and feel of my home. Overall, I would highly recommend Luminous Flooring to anyone looking to refinish their hardwood floors. The quality of workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a job well done!

Matt with Luminous Flooring came out and gave me a competitive price to refinish approximately 2400 square feet of hardwood floors in my three of my rental houses. Matt sent his lead guy Dave, and Dave's Crew to refinish my hardwood floors, Dave and his crew were very hard workers, completely professional, and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB on the floors at all three of my houses. The floors look beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. I will be hiring them again in the future. Just a great job and experience with this company!!!! I could not speak more highly of the professional service or quality of work for Luminous Flooring. We have a very tight timeline of completing our project of refinishing our hardwood floors. Luminous flooring uncovered water damage and fixed the floor and uncovered where the problem was. My floors look brand new and better than when they were first installed. I will hire Luminous Flooring again for any further projects and highly recommend them. I was incredibly happy with their work.

Matt and his crew did a great job on our upstairs and downstairs floors. They put down sample stains, let us pick what we desired, and fixed a few areas we pointed out that had a few blemishes. Matt was honest that refinishing some of my floor wasn't a great idea and helped us pick a good prefinished hardwood product for those areas. I would work with him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can at least match if not beat most material prices as long as we're comparing apples to apples. Please send me your material quote and let me get you a better price. We have a 750 sq ft showroom with 1000s of hardwood lfooring options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to come see the project with my own eyes. Every floor is different and every project has its own individual obstacles. I cannot give you an accurate quote without seeing it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members in good standing with the NWFA. All 6 of my leads are NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) certified in installation and/or sand and refinish. Almost all my guys have gone thru some sort of education or class thru the NWFA.
