- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide first time detailed clean at $50 per Man-hour and regular maintenance house cleaning at $45 per Man-hour. Our Commercial and Move-In or Out cleanings starts at $50 per Man-hour. We also work with your budget and we can set time limits and work on priority areas (for instance: kitchen, bathroom and floors) that you are comfortable with as long as it’s no less than 3 hours. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any new clients, we start with a free walkthrough to get to know the client's needs and walk them through our process. At that time we can come up with a rough estimate of how long cleanings will take. We are happy to answer any questions potential new clients may have. After a walk-through, we usually start clients off with a detailed cleaning and than regular cleanings to maintain that detailed cleaning.
