- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly pricing is fixed. I have a minimum call out time of 2 hours. For larger jobs, I would be happy to negotiate a fixed price for the work. Let's chat!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, a quick chat over the phone to learn about your job if the first step. If after that it seems like I can help you, I will schedule a time to either come and complete the work or for larger projects, come and take a look in person to get a better understanding of whats involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 20 years experience in residential construction and handyman work, along with BA in business.
