- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rove specializes our prices for each individual customer’s needs so typically I need to talk to you about your situation and needs before I can quote you an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear details about your pest problem from your point of view and ask some questions myself to identify what type and frequency of those services will actually accomplish your project’s goals. After that, I can provide you a completely accurate quote and if it sounds like something you’d like to move forward with, we have you sign some paperwork electronically and get your first service scheduled as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have to be accredited through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and the sales team at bare minimum are qualified as Journeymen.
