- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to be very cost affective but am open to giving discounts for customer referrals, and or repeat business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting at the site first before actually shooting, also making sure the weather will cooperate if it’s going to be an on-location shoot. I also offer zoom meetings to kind of allow the customer to get to know me better. Also, it will help me understand exactly what they want, we can go over scenarios and discuss pricing and what to bring to the shoot.
