On first visit Pro said he would be there in an hour. It was over two hours- close to 5 pm when he and partner arrived. On second visit the next day I said we’d be home after 2. Arrival around 4:30 again. I understand this was short notice, but would appreciate them keeping to a schedule if they accept a project. The project was completed to our satisfaction. They also noticed our water heater had a leak and offered to replace it but we did that through CenterPoint.

Abraham and Nad his Trainee did an awesome job! They explained even more than what I was expecting! He also let us know how out of date our drain was in our sink and updated things to be up to code. They also had to install new shutoff valves on our sink and the ones he put on will last much longer than the old ones we had. We will be having him come back in a few months to replace the toilet in our basement bathroom. Thanks for the great work.
