- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not price a job solely on linear footage. instead, we factor in pricing for ALL materials, and degree of difficulty with installation. ie. The easier the install, the better the price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment with one of our Professionals to come to the home. They will ask questions on the issues the homeowner is having. Also finding out the urgency of the situation. We will do an inspection of the home, and the current gutters, to help create the best fix for the homeowners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When starting out in the gutter industry, I trained under the biggest national gutter company. I went on from installations, to Production Manager, to General Managing two branches, managing 9 installation crews.
