Introduction

The Guitar Shop is a locally owned Music Store serving Rosemount MN and the surrounding communities. Guitar and Piano lessons, Ukulele, Banjo and mandolin! Our students love hanging out in a music store, trying new instruments and being around other aspiring musicians. I believe our teachers are some of the best in the business. The guitar Shop checks each teacher out extensively with background checks before hiring. Safety of our students is most important. All lesson rooms are monitored and recorded. Friendly, relaxed style of teaching is a requirement! The Guitar Shop has new and used guitars and a full service repair shop. We can help with stringing guitars as well as setting it up to play perfect! Comfortable waiting area. The Guitar Shop using TeacherZone method of teaching. Every student has a profile and app for phone, Tablet or Computer. There they can practice, contact the teacher and be alerted for lesson day and practice times.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you sign up, it is for the month. This insures your day and time for the month. Paid at the beginning of each month via auto-pay. Typically it is 4 lessons per month. Depending on the day, it may be 5 lessons for the month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is a positive experience with our new students! Being in a music store setting, we find the students enjoy playing and trying all the instruments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Teachers have degrees in Music and Music Theory.
